Using other schools' exam papers and past year papers (Ten Year Series), I use these in my tuition. I also use online methods like Padlets, Kahoot! and YouTube videos to make my lessons more interesting and engaging for the students so that they won't feel bored. Homework is always given and marked, together with feedback on their performance.
I have 16 years of MOE teaching experience in a secondary school teaching English Language, with focus on O and N level English. My approach is to target students' weakness and help them overcome them and achieve passes and better grades.
