At NTR1M Skate Academy, lesson fees are typically collected in advance through lesson packages, with payment arrangements confirmed during enrolment. We accept payment via PayNow or bank transfer for convenient and secure transactions. Lesson rates vary depending on the programme, location, duration and coaching arrangement, with private lessons starting from S$50/hour. Discounts or special rates may be available for siblings, group enrolments and selected programmes. A one-time enrolment fee of S$30 applies to new students and covers the official NTR1M Skate Academy uniform shirt, onboarding and administrative setup. At NTR1M Skate Academy, our lessons follow a structured yet personalised approach tailored to each student's ability, progress and learning goals. Sessions typically begin with a short warm-up and review of previously learnt skills, followed by demonstrations and guided practice of new techniques. Most lesson time is dedicated to active skating, allowing students to develop confidence, coordination and muscle memory through hands-on learning. Our coaches provide continuous feedback and adjustments throughout the session, with opportunities for questions and clarification. Lessons typically last 1 hour for beginners and 1.5 hours for intermediate and advanced skaters, followed by a brief debrief to review progress and recommend areas for improvement.

NTR1M Skate Academy conducts inline skating lessons islandwide across Singapore, including Tampines, Bedok, Toa Payoh, Novena, Canberra, Jurong and surrounding areas. Lessons are typically held at suitable outdoor sheltered spaces, parks, residential facilities and other safe skating locations, depending on the student's preference and availability. We prioritise spacious, smooth and suitable skating surfaces to ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment. Most locations are naturally ventilated rather than air-conditioned, with access to public transport and nearby parking depending on the venue. Exact lesson locations, directions and available amenities will be confirmed before the session, and alternative locations may be arranged where suitable.

Yes! At NTR1M Skate Academy, we encourage students to practise independently between lessons to reinforce what they have learnt. Our coaches provide personalised practice recommendations and exercises based on each student's skating ability, progress and goals. Independent practice is optional but highly encouraged to build confidence and improve skill retention. Students and parents may also share practice videos via WhatsApp for feedback and guidance on areas for improvement.

Yes! At NTR1M Skate Academy, we provide regular progress updates to parents through brief verbal debriefs after lessons, typically lasting 5–15 minutes. These updates cover skills learnt, improvements observed, areas requiring further practice and upcoming learning goals. Student progress is monitored through our structured six-level skating programme, from Foundation to Master, with assessments based on skill proficiency, confidence and consistency. Parents are also welcome to discuss their child's development with our coaches via WhatsApp or arrange a call when necessary.

At NTR1M Skate Academy, lesson fees are generally non-refundable once lessons have commenced. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and will review exceptional cases individually. If a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, rescheduling may be arranged with sufficient advance notice, subject to availability. In the event that NTR1M Skate Academy is unable to conduct or continue lessons due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, affected sessions will be rescheduled at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund for any unused lessons will be provided. We aim to ensure that all arrangements are handled fairly and transparently.

We follow our structured six-level skating programme, from Foundation to Master, to guide students through progressive skill development. Suitable inline skates, helmets and protective equipment are required for lessons, with equipment rental available subject to size and availability.

Yes! NTR1M Skate Academy offers 1-hour trial lessons at our standard lesson rates. During the session, our coach will assess the student's current skating ability, introduce essential skills such as balance, movement, stopping and turning, and tailor the lesson to their individual learning pace. For complete beginners, no prior skating experience is required. The trial also allows students and parents to experience our coaching approach before deciding whether to enrol in regular lessons.
