Firm but not too strict. Do expect students to play their part in acheiving the results they want and also for parents to be part of their learning process and growth.
Upon seeing so many unfortunate cases of young children and adults suffering for lack of a good teaching to help them build a good foundation for their lives is a motivator for teaching.Not having great expectations but modest in my teaching and realistic with children's and young people development
