I graduated from NUS majoring in Applied Mathematics(Hons.) in 2019. I have been in the private tutoring industry for over 7 years now and I first started when I enlisted into National Service. I have always done well for mathematics because I loved the subject. Over the years of tutoring, I understood some reasons why students dislike or even hate the subject. It is a pity because in fact, mathematics is one of the easiest subject to score in secondary school/JC level if one has enough practice and knows the type of examinable skills to look out for in the exams.
I am here to provide the guidance and support for students. I have a straightforward teaching style: I point out important concepts and based on my experience, I provide selected questions to them to practice and give them the exposure to "exam-style" questions. I hope to strengthen their conceptual understanding by building their confidence in the subject. Tuition with me is no-frills and straight to the point.
