I studied in Paya Lebar Methodist Girls' School (Secondary) and received an A2 for the English Language for the GCSE O-level examinations, attained a Diploma in Communications and Media Management from Temasek Polytechnic in 2006, and went on to complete my BA in Communication Studies and English Language with UniSIM in 2009. After that, I attained an Advanced Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the Canadian TESOL College in 2012.
I have been giving full-time English Language tuition since 2012. The English Language is both my passion and aptitude, and I am trained both in TESOL as well as having majored in the English Language. After taking my tuition classes, my students have seen result-improvements from D7 to B3 within seven lessons for a Secondary 5 student, as well as from 50 to over 70 within one semester for several primary school students.
I am passionate about the English Language and in making the learning of this language as easy and effective as I can for my students.
