A detailed study plan will be devised for the student. Before exam period, lessons are focused on helping the students to understand the concepts taught in class and putting them into practice. Nearing exam periods, various school papers (around 10-12 sets) will be provided to the students and constant timed practices will be carried out every lesson. Immediate review of the papers will be conducted to help students improve their understanding of the different topics. My lesson periods can be adjusted according to the student's needs. There will be constant communication with the students and parents to track the student's progress.
I am an NUS Science student who is very passionate about helping students to understand concepts and gain confidence in their academics. To me, being a tutor is not just a job, but also an avenue for me to train my communication skills with students so as to continuously improve on my teaching ways.
