I have MOE experience and knows clearly what do examiners want. I am able to use different teaching methods and break down difficult concepts for students so that it make learning more interesting and fun!Other than being able to break down concepts, i also provide consolidated notes and key practice questions that students need to know to prepare themselves well. These resources have been proven to be very useful for my past students in their revision. It shortens their revision time and provide more time for them to enjoy learning in a different way. I have helped students to achieve distinctions in the examinations and have many success stories of improvement from F9 to A1s for the subjects taught under me. Also, i built very strong rapport with students and they have always enjoyed my lessons. Parents feel very at ease and do not worry about their child academics. Parents have also engaged me from lower secondary to JC and i am committed to teach my students all the way.
I have ten years of teaching experience, have taught IP stream, express and normal studets before. I have taught both lower and upper sec maths and science and able to provide resources and teaching materials for all.
Being a current teacher, i am always updated about the changes in the education system and aware of what examiners look out for. I would also include this in my notes and practices to better prepare students for their upcoming examinations and Olevels. It is critical that students know what examiners in Cambridge look out for to ensure that their answers written meet their standards.
Students under my guidance have always scored great results. One of my Sec 3 student improved from F9 (before i took him for tuition) to A2 within a short span of one term of work, and he got awarded the Best Improvement Award in school. My students score distinctions for the subjects that are taught under me. With the methods taught during lessons, they felt more confident in the subjects and are motivated to excel! I promise the delivery of results through my teaching methods.
I believe in teaching students how to put in the correct and efficient processes to achieve their goals, just like how learning is a story of putting in the correct process to achieve the final goal.
