I have 7 years of teaching experience in main stream schools. and still counting. I believe every child have a different learning needs and styles. Hence, the teacher has to tailor the instructions and assessments based on students' needs.
I monitor the child's progress closely and simultaneously groom the child to be an independent learner. Learning has to be made fun and engaging. That's my style.
